Description

Added this only to show the test for flexibility of bone rig I made. In suppose he is jumping here. The camera was set to 24mm focal length so I could get that comic book-like character perspective... ... Comments on this... does it look comic book style (not the shading). thanks RP

That is fantastic! I just bought AM2001 a few weeks ago, so I'm still learning all the ins and outs (and will be for quite some time, I expect), but I'm amazed at every new discovery. You've certainly made excellent use of the program and it does look very comic book style. Actually reminds me of the metallic armours/bright colours that Jim Lee uses in his WildCATS book.

Oh yeah!! I punched up the red a little in photo paint--the original is a little more burgundy red and the gold has a more brass color. I'm using my wifes 200 mhz computer, while my 1 ghz is in the shop... When I transfered the files to her comp., I had to use 1/2 sized jpg files(they were 1200x1200 tga's)-- so the original color was degraded. By the way... the render took 2hrs on my wifes computer...on mine it would've taken 12 min. (I used oversampling @200%)
