Description

and again a landscape. this time from two standard terrains (3000x3000) and two Ecosystems( six different trees) made. the fog is again made with a sphere and a volume fog material. that is a user settings render. i used the following parameters: advanced effects quality = 100% object anti- aliasing = subrays per pixel 48/quality = 100% material anti- aliasing = subrays per pixel 64/quality = 100% rendertime (AMD2000+) 6 hours 12 minutes and despite the high parameters, i have the granular fog do not away-get. possibly someone can make a suggestion, how i can solve the problem? using: Vue 5 Infinite tank you for the look and comments

You could try geeting rid of most of the ambiant light, generally, when quality settings are as high as yours and you can still see "graininess", iys' becaus of the ambiant light. Excellent work btw!

nice, for the grany fog i use a post-work tecnique sugget by Pmermino : big render (like your 3000x3000) and resampling with a little bit of blur...

Hi! your work is really amazing!!! I can barely imagine the amount of hours of work behind this piece!!! I'm a newbie in this kind of software and i can't give any advicefor the fog problem, except maybe a post production with photoshop, but i don't know if this could work... Keep on giving us such pearls....
