Well, damn, I'm pretty proud of this one. My biggest scene yet. No, the smoke is actually particle systems, it's not painted, it was just pure luck that it got this painterly look. (Which was actually sort of intended.)

This looks great, but those defenders are the worst shots in the world. Couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. Ever the less, I really like the atmosphere of this.
