Description

Took me a while to get a correct name for this nice little creature. In Dutch it's easy enough (Zeedonderpad) but now to get it in English! Shot at about 6 meters depth. Normally these are brown/white. The male gets a red belly during pairing season. I have no idea what this one had in mind when he decided to turn red all the way. Maybe he got red with joy for seeing me ;)

Excellent picture - superb detail. Its interesting to see how these creatures blend in with the background so easily! Was the camera in a water proof pod or did you use a long lense? 8-)
