Description

I did this little animation for a person who came here last summer - she wanted to fish in the ocean since she had fished all her life but had never gotten the chance at real ocean fishing ... I told her she should be careful and showed her the this as a warning of what might happen. [grin]

Then I'd say it did the job it was intended for [heh] Thanks for the comment - I like hearing what people think or how something effected them.

Thanks, I'm glad people are enjoying it. The concept is just my quirky way of looking at the universe and when I get an image like this in my head I just have to create something to allow me to share it with others, I wish I could take credit for the style [well, I did it so I can, but I mean credit for deciding what style to use] but mostly the style dictated itself - since I wanted it done very quickly and I was using Photoshop 4 and doing each frame as a set of layers with different parts of the picture on each layer, I needed to keep the complexity of the pictures limited and I had to re-use each part as much as possible with only minor changes. Mostly I used the PS persective tool and the distort tool whenever possible and only re-drew a part when I had to and to make that work I had to keep the number of colours limited and keep the style simple and this was what seemed to work - but I am glad that it did.
