Description

Jimmy, as i said...here it is...My old "UFO" pic! :-) I took this photo during the Summer season during the Earthly year of 1979. Let's see...I would have been about ten Earth yrs. old at the time I took the pic. The camera I used was my first, a Fujifilm 110. Ever since I took this UFO photo...I have been on a quest to discover the origin of this Alien Spaceship. I decided to find a way to fly into space so I could realize my dream. Not longer after I took this photo my neighbor friends and I even built a spaceship using an old red rider wagon, some plywood, a few 2*4's, a couple nails, and some twine. I think it probably would have worked but we forgot to install an anti-gravity device. I will not give up on this one! Now many Moons later...My search has just begun...I shall find the culprits! :-) Obviously, this is a scanned print, and I used PS6 for slight cleanup of some of the specks and dust, colorization of sky, postworked the frame, + of course the typical stuff(resize/signature)...ect. are postworked. No spaceships were addeded, postworked, or modified in this one. It is the real deal! -Peace to all cool spaceships and crew members. :-) Thanks for looking, -Peace :-)

I think one of two things happened here...either your lens was in dire need of cleaning...or a moth has chosen your window to sleep on.

Jeff, this neighborhood looks just like where the Brady Bunch lived!!!!!!!! hmmmm...surburbia has been invaded by unidentified flying objects!!!! Do you think they probed you, Jeff? LOL! Can't believe what an awesome capture this is!!!!! just 10 years old, eh!!! well, in 1979, i was 14 i think...a freshman in high school! i was reading the National Enquirer sometimes then. I don't recall seeing this one on the cover of any magazines. i guess you kept it all hush hush? :) thanks for sharing & yep...glad you're at the controls!!!!

First off, tvernuccio is right - greg, marsha, or the gang could go by at any minute. I could even see the beave and lefty strolling down this street. Now to the subject at hand:Did the gentlemen from project Blue Book come to visit you (It was too early then for MIBs to be well known - though they were active [grin]). What I like most is the real commentary this picture makes. While earth is being visited/invaded by strange/hostile(?) forces humanity strolls on by right below them, without even noticing. OR - OR - OR Better yet - what the adults (the guy outside) are oblivious to, the children are aware of, and even documenting. Loved your story - I would have been 13 or so, but still would have helped you build your ship, and loved looking for UFO's. Your picture proves what Steven Spielberg wants us to believe: They are already here!!! (War of the Worlds plug - I can't wait!!) Peace, Shawn.
