the bed looks a little stiff but other than that and it being such a small render this looks really really good!!!!

On your screen: reset the textures for "object space", not "world space" so we can distinguish the various parts of the construction. Also, you have an extra ceiling support piece on the right wall; was that intentional? Finally, I would reconsider the scale of the photo: it comes across more as a poster than a framed print. Perhaps putting it in a matte of some kind?
