Description

This image was made from researching of multiple ecosystems on a single terrain. Materials and ecosystem were divided up via image maps. Some of materials were from photo taken from my Macro lens. I also included 2 XFrog trees that have reduced number of limbs. Thanks for viewing my image.

Lovely scene, but I find the shadowing on the path particularly excellent; wonderful image.

Nice work but the square shadow in the front (looks like a tile) is distracting. Perhaps if the shadows were softer it would be better.

Actually I have gotten some strange results with this image, but I like the results. My technique is base on some of stuff that was discussed in forum plus a technique I am working on with Terrain editor, Photoshop and my wacom tablet. I actually didn't realize the strange results until I raised the camera - see my "Above the water" image - same scene.

lol! I didn't mean to suggest that you got strange results... only that I do when I try to mix stuff like this. But then, I did see your "Above the Water" image, and must admit I'm surprised they're the same scene. Anyway, we seem to be in the same stage of learning, so we'll have to talk more.
