Description

I think one of the toughest things to get right when it comes to model import in mojo is large-scale, floor laying architecture. Getting the right scale can be quite tricky and so is finding a large enough area of flat ground to sit model on. Quite a lot of tweaking on the planets lighting to get the model to render nicely, then needed to tweak all the mats to get them back to what they looked like before the lighting tweaks. Yeah, working with imported Models can be a challenge.. scale is tough...You can either try to get it right, or go for a subjective view..Lighting is an issue..I try to stay away from spot lights...just because I thnk it loks more "natural" Sometimes it's helpul to use a P-bomb to smooth out an area..

Excellent work Lewis. Great location and just the right sizing and distance from camera for the mesh. Impressive stuff yet again ;)

Execellent one way I know of knowing for using a less flat surface is to have a basemant/foundation for the building and some stairs from the door if needed. V
