"Faith is believing something you know ain't true." "It ain't the parts of the Bible that I can't understand that bother me, it is the parts that I do understand." "'In God We Trust.' I don't believe it would sound any better if it were true." Mark Twain BIOI'm a photographer who's interested in just about every aspect of photography. I especially like using directional light. I'm also a big fan of macros and ambiguity.

ah, liberal indoctrination of our young minds starts early...nice capture of a very pregnant moment.

I'm sorry, but this is sad, and I'd say the same if it was either side of the political spectrum. These poor kids are pawns. You praise their smarts falsely, and you should know it. That's baloney. They're only doing what they've been told to do, without understanding anything about the complex adult situation. Do you honestly think they've been shown both sides equally and made up their own minds? Their biggest concerns right now are what kind of cookie is their favorite, and that's as it should be. Children shouldn't be exploited like this for ANY cause, and as I said, that goes for BOTH sides.

I think the point is that they'll be the ones fighting before the fighting's over. And I hardly think teaching your kids that killing is wrong constitutes using them as 'pawns'. I think it's constitutes bringing up a decent human being.

I am not going to get political, but I wonder how much the children understand at that age. Question them on world events and I think you would get a lot of blank faces. A very colourful scene. Unfortunately, if I were to point a camera at children in this country I would be called a lot less than a photographer. Bad times!!!

I agree with Servo on this, it makes about as much sense as a beauty pageant winner ever-so concerned about world peace....They dont have a clue.

I don't approve of using kids as props in a protest, no matter the cause. It was wrong when a bunch of religious fanatics in Florida brought their kids out to protest with them, and its wrong when people opposed to an unjust war do it. The fact that its a good cause doesnt make it any less inappropriate.

Does anyone actually want to look at the photo or do you just want to jack off about whether parents have the right to teach their children their values? Please rate the photo, not the signs they're carrying...
