The marketplace is a fantastic outlet for distributing products, but it doesn't distribute support, encouragement, friendship, and that warm fuzzy feeling you get when someone makes a comment on your work! I, too, have been blessed by the kindness of many on this wonderful site, yourself included, and it never ceases to amaze me how I meet more artists and friends every week! You have made plenty of contributions to everyone here, don't sell yourself short! I just wish I could use your killer PrimalFire in Vue! lol! This image is superb and is one of your best, Bill! I really do appreciate all the time, talent and love that goes into a package or single item for the Marketplace or the free section. Dear Bill, A very beautiful image and a very beautiful message. But we all give things back to this community. Most importantly, we give of ourselves. The images that we create are the medium, but the real message for me is of friendship. We don't "view" galleries - we "visit" them - we click the thumbnail or click the link and we step into a friend's world - right into their on-line living room - to see what they have been up to - to say hello - to find out how they are doing. The images are the medium that moves us around, but the real joy is what we share between ourselves. We see the image - but we see the person, too. We become acquainted with there skills but we become acquainted with them, too. I know your work Bill - but I know of you, too. I know when your phone lines are down and when you go to the desert - I know your taste in music - and your taste in humor. So not only do I see a very pretty girl in a beautiful presentation - I also see the "old man on the mountain." And I like both of them very much!!! Love, Meredith

You say it so much better than I ever could, and I totally agree. As a freebie creator I love to see what artists do with my stuff, how they take the raw material I provide and turn it into art.
