Description
The original idea for this didn't start out as a mermaid...but she just decided to be a mermaid. :) A kind of an unusual underwater scene...but *shrug* :)
I'm not sure if you can tell, but the funky little white spots are supposed to be bubbles...but they kinda got wiped out during resizing.
