Description

I spent my lunch hour yesterday down at the Fair Haven Mill. What a beautiful sunny day. I found so many turtles basking in the sun there; I had to snap some pictures. When I came home, I was viewing these pictures here on my computer; and I came across this one and had to study it a bit. I noticed in all the pictures I had taken, this particular one concerned me. I called Danielle in to have a look and she thought it looked a bit odd, too. That leg sticking up like that made it look like it was hung up or something. Stuck on that log? She had to be sure; so we headed back there. No turtle on any of the logs there. :) But what a strange pose 'eh? Turtle Ballet is what came to my mind ........... LOL Have a great ...... Wednesday? (another week flying by)!! Take care .. ShariLyn/ JezzMe

Maybe it was going to dip it's leg in the water to check the temperature, lol. Excellent capture! Love that blue water and the moss and textures of the log

Hehehehe, indeed I can see the "ballet". Still I am not sure if it realy was meant to be ballet. Something tells me it is not :-). Never mind.. wonderful picture here and you've choosen the right moment to take this shot.

Looks very nice, I think his going to dip his leg in the water to feel the tenp. I like the clean shot, not so many disturbing details.. It feels fresh, and im glad you conserned your self so much as to actully go back and see if it was stucked there. That tells more about you then you think.. Hugz

Coolio, funny pose and title :-) ...probably a too high compression on jpg, visible as 'staireffect' on water. A bit quality loss, but good for my slow connection :-) Tell me if it is not visible at yours ShariLyn !
