I'm from Norway (that tiny, freezing country on the northern edge of Europe/the World) - where I live in a small town called Molde (on the west coast). I've been running around with an SLR since I was eight (I'm now 40...). My first camera was donated by an uncle that effectively got rid of the backup to the backup of his backup camera... I eventualy went digital when I bought a Canon 20d, which since has been replaced by a Canon 5d MkII. It's all just a hobby, but a hobby that devours quite a lot of my free time. I (almost) exclusively shoot landscapes and macros (as can be seen in my gallery).

Gorgeous vista and well shot. I just wish there was a little more sharpness in the image.

Now thats what you call a ridge! I wonder how high Breifonntind is? It looks very tempting, with snow covered peaks all the way to infinity too, wonderful.

Breifonntind is 1734 meters high - which might not sound very impressive for people who are used to trekking in the Alps - but only 1,2 horizontal kilometers from the summit, you are down to 22 meters (and in a lake), so it is definetely steep - and it is a long day-trip, since the nearest road ends about 10km from the summit (start at about 150m, climb to about 1300m, descend to about 1000m and finally ascend to 1734m - and then of course, back again :)

Lovely! I think it would also make an excellent B&W.
