I have always believed that a classic was a car of the thirties of luxury brand with a rahter heavy looking radiator grille. The attempts of E.L. Cord to break into the low priced field with his coffin nosed and hidden highlights example compromised that though some still called Cords and Auburns Special Interest cars, (but not Grahams who also made trucks). Now 50 years later (this was the 50's definition) than the first horseless carriage license plates issued in Michigan with this professionally restored example, I agree it is a classic design. More people lined up in New York for the first day showing of the Model A than for the Mustang in 1964.
