the sky and the chessboard are just wonderful... the black fields are made as "water" plane (aren't they)? the bishops (?) could be enhanced a little, that's all was it at random to see 2 chess images after each other?

You are right the black fields are made of water. I rendered this image for a contest in june 2000 " it was a dark and stormy night ". When I saw " Checkmate" I was impressed and I couldn't resist to post "Terra Chess" again. Thanks for comment, regards !

Fantastic mood and superb implementation. I'm just learning TG and this really shows some of the programs capabilities when you master the program. Excellent stuff!
