In Phoenix; this dwelling would go 1/2 million dollars! I noticed the real estate agent hiding behind this palace. Great landscaping here also. Hope you make a sale Kath ...great stuff!!

Riiiight. AD and photo very tempting...however, already been "bitten" by bug of antique housing....own SF Victorian....large as it is, it's a baby bird...yelling for $$$$ (in renovation) constantly. Beautiful work. Thank you. Unicorn 1776.

T1? Bus station? Heck, what about WATER? A bit of lumber wouldn't hurt my feelings, either. Nice view; I'll just put in a solar station and a wind turbine, and set up a satellite system; i a couple of months I'll have it ready for tourists! Kath, want to dress native and dance around with me for them? It's a paying gig! :D
