Description

- Scottland, Isle of Skye - Coming closer to the south of the island I had another view onto the collins. I was impressed by the light and shades and the deserted atmosphere in this scene. I also couldn't decide whether I should post it in duo tone or color. So you can see three versions here. Thanks a lot for your interesting comments and have a wonderful holiday! ;o)))

Colour for sure, it has such an excellent warmth, and it still has the drama of the other shots, the PW really doesn't seem necessary. An perfect capture of a very beautiful scene!

The momentary highlight on the distant hill side demonstrates time is fleeting. Here i tend to prefer the colour version since the B&W or Duo-tone does not have the range of whites or blacks one like to see in B&W, besides, there are subtle tones best featured in coloured.

Striking and beautiful B&W pictures, and- in the colored version, I love the ultra-lovely clouds and sky..and the marvelous colors of the amazing countryside. Such superb lighting. Excellent work, Rita' agaon and still, I want to be there. :~)
