I like your intent, but see a number of problems, so here are some suggestions: 1. Lighting: Light the scene and the planet in the background from the same side. They are both illuminated by the same star (sun). The stars are impossibly bright, for the given atmosphere and clouds. For a better sunset look, i'd suggest enforcing the look of dust/haze/cloud in the atmosphere being emphasized by the low angle of light - which would mostly obscure the stars. Also, they look like "+", not so much like stars. To get more depth, the forground and background could differ in color. In real world, more distant = bluer. You could do that, or try reversing it and making the forground plants a lot bluer. 2. Realism: Would be better if all palm trees were not the same tree repeated - this is easy to do in Vue. 3. Cropping/framing: Wish the top of the tower were not cut off. Also, the right half of the image is kinda boring (nothing new there, which is not already expressed elsewhere in the image). Therefore it should either get cropped off - or to keep your compositional balance, have something more added (something which does not draw the eye so much as to upset your compositional balance). Speaking of the composition, i would either center the tower or move it farther left (preferrably the later). It seems kind of "indecisive" where it is. Could be a stronger composition if moved.
