Description
In our area we have a natural preserve that is home in the summer to the sandhill Crane. As I understand this the sandhill Crane is on the endangered species list, I hope I'm right, we have several thousand acres dedicated to this wild bird. Each year they try to control the underbrush and so on in the area and they have what they call a controlled burn. I happened to go by the area when they were having one of these so-called burns, and this is what it looked like. Draw your own conclusions.
