Viewed from the hostile and infinite emptiness of space one realizes the fragile uniqueness of the small blue jewel that is our home. Obviously the Earth without any clouds is not very realistic, but I found this texture map so amazing that I stuck to it (Thanks to agiel for that formidable link!). Rebeccas hair should look a bit more messy because I guess in microgravity the different strands would go everywhere. On the other side I think the atmosphere turned out nice. I'm not sure if it has the right thickness or colour. It took me a while to get the lightning right. I wanted to give the impression that the character in the foreground is only lightened by the shine of the earth. Thanks to everybody who commented on the material of Rebeccas Skinsuit.
