Wow! Some very strong vertical and horizontal lines in this composition! I love the vertical cropping, it adds a wonderful tension to the overall piece. Some interesting shapes and line. Nice piece!

I was simply struck by how, the tree and the urban nightmare, somehow managed to mesh harmoniously, and it was a striking composition at first sight, rhythmic yet chaotic yet very blueprint-ruled, all together. Actually the geometric and graphic qualities would still have been there in a more purely industrial view with no tree, but I was next struck by how the tree seemed content to bring out the grace in the otherwise terribly industrial scene, and so well that I just couldn't hate anything in the view.
