Description

Taken a few weeks ago at Dyrham Park, Bath, National Trust property and parkland. I did not expect this pic to come out as well as it did. Any comments or crits welcome. Fujifilm 40i, no manual settings and no postwork, just resized. Thanks.

Just a tree? Just a tree??? ARE YOU NUTS???? That is one amazing capture if you ask me!!!!!! Gorgeous looking tree, very mystical and magical it looks....and that sky...wooooooow!!! Oh yes - that tree looks really nice! And the sky (clouds) somehow fits the look of the tree - so all in all a fantastic combo.

Air Veins It came out good because you captured a fine tree. The shape in the trunk,..the curling lines in the limbs, that become finer and finer..the wispy forms that the limbs become at the outer edges. A tree. When looked at closely, is one of those natural wonders that inspire us and has been written of lovingly throughout the ages. The way it stands strong against the sky,.. This image has inspired me. Thanks

i just saw an Ansel Adams print that looks just like this...well covered with snow, but still pretty damn close!!! outstanding composition!!! very well done!!!
