Rik, This is stunning! Reminds me of when I was a little girl and we would go looking for the cocoons, break of the small twig it was attached to, put it in a jar and with infinate patience, for a child that is, watch, wait, and then be amazed by the miracle of transformation! I love the vivid colors you used! I especially thank you for evoking a wonderful memory from my childhood that I hadn't thought about in years! Leanndra

Grand illusion Rik! The green image looks paper light, like the lights that used to hang in Italian restaurants...placed together with stings, and pulled to create shapes. Wonderful work! (=

Those two butterflies seem to be very happy in their beautiful chrysalis ,so why should they leave ,maybe hunger will drive them out in the end .
