Here you have a great composition. During sunrise and sunset the wind tends to be the calmest which provides the best reflection. The othe advantage is the colors. During the warmer months when there is a strong temperature change at night, fog can offer an added touch. If you have easy access to this place you may want to try experimenting. Let nature make the picture and you take the picture. I am not critisizing, I like the picture but feel that it could be stronger. Good Luck
