Description
I know this picture suffers from color fringing...cleaned it up the best that I could! Anyway, this was taken at Stevenson's Dam in Clinton County,Pa. Every year, 1 pair of eagle come here to nest and raise their young. The male here is perched atop a tree looking for fish in the lake below to feed his kids. People come for miles around just to glimpse them (some are even from other states)! This photo was taken about a quarter of a mile away using an 80mm Orion refractor(hence the blue fringing).

Wow, impressive capture with your telescope! It might help to enhance your shot with Photoshop's possibilities to select the blue channel and displace it a few pixels down and the same with the red channel, it helped me to enhance some slide scans lately!
