Description

Not really sure where this idea came from, but I started it as an exploration of texturing since I've only used materials so far. I used textures from the fantastic Photorealistic texture pack by BerneyBoy (http://www.planetquake.com/berneyboy/textures.htm) and created my own bumpmaps from the original images. I tried to make the bumpmaps as subtle as possible, please let me know if they need tweaking! Anyway, it eventually ended up with learning how to make fire aswell, and the end result is this. I guess it's still a work in progress, but I'm happy with it for now, so I thought I'd upload it and let the R'Osity community give me some feedback (*hint hint*). Comments / criticisms are more than welcome, in fact they're positively encouraged :-)

Hey, awesome job man! Good to see you finally got Maya working again, it can be a real pain sometimes... Anyways, it's also real cool to see that you understand texturing now, maybe you can give me a couple o' hints, hm? Anyways, I think that Team Cough Cough N00B definitely wins this round!
