BIO
My love for digital art started about 2001 when I created simple 2D-wallpapers for my Star Wars homepage. I always was annoyed with the picture-material I had, as it never fitted to my needs and I wanted to create more unique images. Searching the net for a program that could solve my problem I found Bryce. Soon I was a member of a Yahoo-group and everybody was talking about Poser..... That was the beginning of my friendship for this wonderful program! Everyday I learn more about this "mysterious" program and I think I'll never learn everything ;o) Hopefully one day I have the chance to build my own digital models, but at the moment I love it to texture models with PhotoImpact. That's it. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me! ~Saskia~
Update 2008
Sorry to say that, but I nigh completely abandoned Poser from my workspace, as I've moved on to Carrara, an application I learned to love and that challenges my intention to finally build my own models. I just have to find a way how and where to start learning....

Very well done! Excellent.

I think it looks great. The only suggestion I would make here is that the sunlight hitting the treetrunk in your background image seems to be coming from the left/above. However, the character doesn't seem to be lit from that direction. I can tell a lot of time and effort went into this, so congratulations on completing it, and look forward to seeing more of your works in Poser 6. Oh, and I do like the expression... well done.

Very detailed render, i love the expression! If you use DOF it would be even better fit the blurred background... Excellent work! ~Uwe

This is absolutely a wonderful portrait! I love her expression, her white hair and her outfit it's a great contrast to her suntanned skin. Great lights, and excellent artwork! vote

A beautiful tender image. The time you spent making it, shows in the wonderful end result here. Superb work. She looks so vulnerable... Diane.
