I love these flowers. I didn't get any this year though. :( I always called them snapdragons. Had fun "snapping" them as a child. :) Anyway, great photo! :)

One cannot understand how can anybody forget such a wonder! The verticality, diminishing from the abundance and richness of the bottom to the simplicity of the top gives an outstanding charm to this photo of yours! Thank godness you did'nt delete it!!!!!

Never thought it was an orchid... we call it "Lenmlchen" in Germany what means "lil mouths of lions" LOL Good for us you remembered that beautiful shot! Thanks for sharing!
