Description

I was rumaging through some of my pictures and found this one. It's my daughter. She loves to read, loves her chickens, and loves to be outside. So naturally she went out on the swing to read. Little did she know, her chickens would join her. I took this with a Kadak Easy Share at a distance. It may be a little grainy but I thought I'd share it with you. Oh, BTW, chickens aren't food to her. They are like dogs or cats. Just so you'd know.

Very cute. What's she reading, "The Egg and I"?

Pity the quality, but such an adorable shot..... :~) I can imagine she's ready Dr. Suess's Green Eggs & Ham as they listen on intently......

Michelle, its funny you mention Green Eggs & Ham. One of our hens lays green eggs. The others are brown and blue. We have a variety of colors, except white. Its cool to put them in a clear bowl & set them on the table when we have company. Every one is amazed!
