Original Playstation model, no gamepad just yet but may add to this model, and most likely adding this model in a scene(watch this space).

The lid's edge looks too rounded off and the sides don't have the air vents (if they're there, I can see them from this POV). It's a minor detail though; this looks almost like the real thing.
