This was taken at the Seoul motor show this year. Do tell me what went wrong? Flash setting? Lens? Help make the next set of photos better. Picture taken with a Canon Eos20d, lens 75-300mm and chinese knock-off flash.

I guess it's because all these light bulbs, neons... but your shot is OK ! :~)

I would cool down the white balance so that the skin tones are richer. It's hard to tell for sure but I would also focus on her eyes. Everything else is great. The framing, depth of field, her expression are all wonderful.
