I managed to take some cool shots of a Speckled Bush Cricket
(Leptophyes punctatissima) larvae yesterday in my garden :o)
Maybe some of you remember the tiny cricket i posted last year
as my first shot with my (then new) 8700. This is the same species.
Only this time smaller cos its earlier in the year. It was the size
of an aphid !! :o) But since i posted another bushcricket already
yesterday ill post something different now first :o)

These are Nephrotoma maculosa, a black and yellow cranefly species.
Couldnt find any documentation on it though but tomorrow ill post
an up-close shot of the upper one. I will try to find some info
to post along with that shot :o) The length of these insects is
about 18 mm.
