Description
Inspired by a photo, I thought this would be challenging to light/render in MR.
Feedback is appreciated, hope you like it!

Great image, noticed the inclusion of your grammerphone thingy which i love. Maybe be wrong but feel as though there could be a bit more of a shadow underneath the bed, despite the light coming in at that angle, as the bed legs seem to be floating a bit. Great detailing and loving the work.

Thanks R4MZ! The bed is grounded, maybe it is the reflection that is giving the floating impression? Glad you like it, I thought the gramaphone looked appropriate in the room:) Todd

Wonderful work! I love the wrinkled rug, a nice touch...!

I would have added more color on the shelves. Otherwise it's quite good. Though that plank sticking out under the mattress is an accident waiting to happen.

A little more detail on the books and it would be perfect. Good work!

Thanks for the comments! ;) I agree about the books, although they do match the reference pic. I think they were covered in colored paper to be a decorative element.

Did you use a radiosity adv light tech in this? If so, I would suggest playing with the multiplier or trying a photometric light. the lighting seems a little off, I think that might be causing a few things to appear floaty

Used MR with FG+GI. Everything is snapped/grounded, the floor has blurred reflections, maybe that is what you are noticing?
