Description

~*~ Sunset ~*~ and so he rides into the sunset, alone and free.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've been working with half an eye... lol don't ask, have a huge sty on my right eye (people my age aren't supposed to get these!!) and not seeing too well, so decided to redo an older image of a horse I had sketched. I did a huge remake on him, he's graphite on 80 lb. paper. Resmudged in PSP 9. Removed the background. Added him to a background I had done a while ago in Terragen ( a free ware program, I gave up on) Changed all of the coloration, again not sure how I did it but I used gamma correction, some other corrections and this was the result. :) I hope you like, cause I'm sort of happy with him and may not be redoing him again... LOL. Tons of thanks to one and all who peeked in, left a comment on the elemental series I've just finished. Be well one and all have a terrific weekend. as always Pat

This is stunning! What a glamorous way of depicting a horse's power. I love the sense of muscle depicted; did you study the structure of a horse beforehand?

Beautiful work! I only wish I could be half as good! You should take a basic tea bag and after using it to make your tea, put the tea bag over you eye(with the sty)while it is still warm and leave it there until it cools. The tea bag will relieve the pain and will help the sty drain. You will feel much better.=)
