super portrait. I am sure they are beautiful without the veils. A relative of mine married a Jordanian and she took the customs of veils. She lives there every summer with his parents

Another excellent portrait. Thank you for the background informations. I think, we have to respect the rules of their religion.

Excellent double portrait. You obviously have the knack of making people feel very at ease with you. These two are not posed in anyway. I also like the geometric shapes in this. Enjoying this series very much.

A photograph which wants all to say. P.S I have the same reflexion as Lledeline. Cheer

I do love the smiling eyes of this photographer from another land! But Eastern cultures vary greatly from the West, and you've made a nice observation about the differences :)

What a FABULOUS portrait, Mary!!! Their eyes capture my attention and draw me in! the photographer has a huge smile..the other perhaps is a bit cautious. it would be neat to take a day and spend with them taking pictures!!!!!!! Wonderful capture, Mary!

Lovely portrait, perhaps you should have asked her friend to take the picture of you both, but at least you have this excellent one.
