Description

Hi There I spent ages trying to decide whether I should frame this and if so how, anyway I finally decided on this. I'd love to hear how you would have dealt with it. The only postwork on this is cloning of a couple of spots, a slight crop to the left and right hand side and the frame. Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend ... Noeline

This is a beautiful image, I love the transparency of the leaf, also I like the minimalist way you framed this piece. Sometimes it's best to just have a hint of framing!!!! well done!!! ;)

OMG!!! I'm speechless here!! What a stunner!!! So many details and that green is so luminous!!! Splendid macro!!! As for the frame, I would have tried a white one, maybe? I think white's always better with plants and flowers but it's just a personal taste! This shot would look fab with any frame I believe! ;)

Superbly captured backlit leaf - wonderful detail and colour - I like the frame my preference is for a single black border with most shots, I would have made it a little finer but it is all personal some people like things a lot more fancy. There are no rules other than it is to enhance the picture and not become a centre of focus in itself.

I'm sitting here and keep looking at this image for a few minutes...I think the black frame does well with defining the borders of the image. Without it, the eye would want to continue right off the edge following each shaft...image placement is very well composed []/;^)
