Wanted to post a landscape shot for him as I love his work a lot, especially his exceptional landscape images. Oh boy, noticed right now I should do more landscape shots to improve... had to dig deep in my archives to find one... this shot was taken in 2002 *blush*

Just the right image to say "Happy Birthday, Dave!". I know exactly what you mean: I so often see a beautiful landscape, but even if I happen to have the cam with me, those images never turn out the way they probably would have, if Dave had taken them. Maybe we should invite ourselves to a workshop at his place?

How very beatiful Monika. No MacDonalds or other fast food outlet. Nor track houses to spoil the landscape with dense population. Just the beauti of nature itself as the sun filters through the cloud formation and kisses the earth with her warmth.
