not so far Arth....... its a fantastic bit of kit..... although i've had it under a week and havn't had time yet to try out all the features... the only things i don't like about it is the plastic body, but i guess if it was metal it would weigh a ton :) And when you look thru the eyepiece your nose hits the lcd screen and makes it all mucky :) (you can get a replacement eyepiece tho that sticks out an extra 15mm)thats not really a big deal because you don't use the lcd screen much.... not like other (compact) cams where the lcd is more or less your viewfinder.. you really only use the lcd to change settings.... the general purpose lens you get with it does a decent job too...... I woulda preffered a better Macro range on that instead of the zoom range but hey you can't have everything in 1 lens....(going into town at the weekend to get a dedicated Macro lens :)....

I ordered a set of three macro lenses that will attach to the default lense that comes with the camera :) there sapose to be able to double the focal length for macro shots (crosses fingers) without using a multiplier. also ordered the UV and PL filter lenses for the camera and a lense hood (hate sun glare), been playing with the camera all morning, already gone through about 450 shots with it. My old camera was a little smaller then this, i think the only thing im gonna miss is the flip out lcd my old one had, could turn it around to avoid sticking my nose against it. 47th street photo has a nice little plastic lcd cover (not the thin plastic overlays) that I might order. I was also looking at the 100-1600mm and the 20-200 macro lenses for the cam but I'm going to play with it some more tonight and see just what it can do :) thanks for the input.
