that's a cactus flower (echinocereus pectinatus) ... actually, the flower is so huge - 5 cm - that you cannot say this pic is really a macro :-)

che orrore! non lo farei mai (ci ho messo anni per farlo fiorire!) e' un fiore molto grande, basta avvicinarsi con lo zoom e le lenti di ingrandimento :-)
