Description

This is my FIRST render in Bryce 5.5. NO POSTWORK. Render Times: 4 Days 11 Hours Render times were long due to lots of Volumetrics used in the background. The animals were made in DAZ Studio as being part of Bryce 5.5 now. Ground texture is a photo, and the trees were free from Free Stuff Area. Aye, I really like it except for a few things : the horse's textures make them look flat, ambience is off a bit and they don't look fuzzy. The water texture also is kinda plain. And the rear-most horse has some serious volumetric artifacting going on, it looks like a grid? But the SCENE is wonderful, and your sky turned out good!

Dear Chris, I am so sorry and so ashamed I am this far behind on visiting friends galleries. I have been so swamped with everything. The get well card slowed me down a lot. I have answered over 5000 IMs. Im so proud of our community! So many wonderful caring people! But it has left me terribly far behind on everything. Ive got 1500 e-bot notices Im trying to work through. Im going to visit all the current ones as quickly as possible and then work on the backlog as time permits. It will take me a while, but I will eventually catch up and will in time visit everyones postings. Until I can get caught up, Im gonna spend my gallery visiting time looking and enjoying and try not to type as much as I usually do. I hope everyone understands that I am running as fast as I can. HOLY CATS! 4 and 1/2 days!!!! I'm whine about 4 and 1/2 minutes in Poser 4! Of course, I also don't do incredibel things like this! There is so much detail! The trees, mountains and the terrain are incredible! So are the horses, birds, and sky! Absolutley stunning! I can't imagine how huge the file must be! Amazing! Very Excellent work!! Love, Meredith

I agree with LSD, your water is a just a tad repetitive. Other than that, fantabulous composition! Lots of detail and I really like that grass!

I really like the whole composition. The lighting of the sky is awesome. I agree with shnyary2 that your water is a bit tad repetitive. But over all. Great stuff. I love it.

Colored by a master artist. More than one can see at one veiw in nature, giving that special intensity art can sometimes do in the right hands. Trees, plants, and image transition from foreground to backround are especialy noteable. Excellent image!
