Description

More wildflowers to enjoy here on the rocks! Just look up to see them! On one hand I think the composition with the diagonal seems ok, on the other hand I ask myself whether the part of the rock asks not too much attention. How do you think about this, what should I have improved here? Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 100 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

I love this shot as it is! I think the composition is beautiful; the light plays on the rocks in a way it doesn't on the flowers. This really is great! :-)

I think the deep shadows on the rocks draws a bit too much attention away from the flowers, but it isn't necessarily easy to reframe and get something better... Still - a great shot!

I like the rock in the foreground! It provides a nice contrast to the plants in both color and texture :)

I think the image is very lovely just as it is! The flowers and fresh green foliage make a beautiful contrast to the starkness of the rock, and no, the rock isn't the first thing that draws the eye, so as far as I'm concerned, it's just right! Well done and thanks for sharing!

I like the color of these dark blus rocks. Perhaps you coul show a little less of it in order to get a less heavy impression.

Jan-Carel, i find it verrrry beautiful and find your diagonal compo to be quite lovely and different. for me, there is a bit too much rock in the foreground, and i would probably just do a little cropping here. anyway, i do like the color of the rocks. this image makes me feel good. so sunny, warm, and happy!!! just what a i needed today!! thanks! :)

Spring flowers in bloom...can summer be just aroound the corner! I would agree with tvernuccio on the foreground cropping of the rock a little more, but tha'ts just me...each to his own. POV is fun tho- Aloha!

looking at the photo as a whole i like the compo on the diagonal!!... learned this neat trick of dragging the photo to the top of the browser & i can see it all without scrolling! :]
