Messing around with manual exposures and custom white balance settings......... (had it set way down in the magenta/red region)

I just got my rebel xt today :D I'm so happy :D can't wait for all the lenses to get here hehe already drained the battery once doing test shots with it :), I know im gonna be happy with it, looks like your pretty happy with yours too chem :)

VERY happy cal........ I had an Eos film camera years ago (my main reason for going for the rebel over any other digital SLR) it was a great camera back then............ It is FANTASTIC camera nowadays... the picture quality from it (from any canon camera tbh) is fantastic, posting them here just can't do them justice coz you have to shrink em to about a 6th of the original resolution. (i've ordered a 60mm f/2.8 macro lens....Can't wait for that to arrive :) in my kit i got a little cheque book thing with vouchers for 35 off the macro lens (theres vouchers totalling 650 off lenses,flashes,accessories..etc) did you get that in the your us version of the Kit? (oh i also got a free 256meg mem card when i registered the camera with canon) not that i'll use it tho coz the shop i bought my camera gave me a 1gb microdrive for free :)
