This is my 3d model in lightwave!!! (Hooray!!!) Hope u like it. I dont think it needs textures but if u oppose to that feel free to tell me!

You're off to a great start! Try some textures on to see what works best for you. I think that there are also a few good tutorials out there to get your lightsaber to glow properly.
