Well, she can save on x-ray at least :) - very wicked effect - i tried to make something similar once, but poser screwed with the transparency, instead your look just fine!

wonderful effect, great image. You might try painting in the image map for transparency-- this can give you a "cutaway" look, rather than overall transparency. This reminds me of "Scanners" -- great work!
