Description

I couldn't sleep. Instead of keeping my eyes closed I looked around the room. It was all quiet and the moonlight shined through my window to enlight the wall in front of me. But wait... what was that? The wall... It seemed to move. What the... was I on acid? No, I said to me but the wall kept moving. It looked like something tried to come right through it. I started to question my mental condition and closed my eyes to open them a little later and what I saw then was unbelievable. All i thought was: Oh... my... god... The Visitor. I was inspired by the game "Silent Hill 4" where some kind of a zombie comes out of a wall at the beginning. I really enjoyed that scene and decided to do something similar in Cinema 4D. I first wasn't sure if I give him two eyes and no mouth or just a mouth without any eyes. I think the second Idea is better. If anyone is unsure what those two "hills" in the lower left are... They are suppoed to be the feet of a sleeping person below the blanket. Programs used: Cinema 4D R9, zBrush, Photoshop. Working time: about 8 hours. Rendering time: 11mins.

A Peterbilt pulled to the curb and stopped as I was out running. The driver yelled out something about "Where is Telegraph Road!" I saw his trailer was loaded with wallboard. These creatures do exist. Your capture makes the purpose more clear now.
