Description

Kathakali is temple dancing from Kerala in SW India. This is Duryodhana the Eldest son of Kauravas in the Mahabharata (the bad guy). In Kathakali this character is called "knife"-characters that are arrogant and evil (red upturned mustache(called knife style)and white nobs) but have a streak of nobility (green make-up). From a DVD that I filmed and am editing on the Video Toaster.

Very nice, but just being a video grab makes you wish it had the rich detail it deserves

Sadly I could not take photos.I had the Video Toaster on the Amiga supercomputer (as NewTek calls it in their manual!)but now it is on the PC.There is a portable version of it called 'Tricaster' and a simple version of LightWave called 'Inspire'for $200.
