Hmm... Good job on the render, the eyes look great! But the lighting doesn't match your background, the ambience is a bit off. See the dark areas of her head, the left nearly black shadows? They should be as bright as the tree's left shadows, or the tree shadows should be as dark... Hair? Don't worry, it looks about as good as you can get it! I like this one...!
