Description

Oooooooooooh, those dastardly Cylons - attacking defenseless ore haulers like that! Those fiends!! Is there no end to their treachery? (Actually, the conflicted, exploited Cylons probably deserve more empathy than their self-serving, parasitic human creators, no?) Class M planet, Cylon Raiders, and Ore Haulers all original Bryce5 models. Ore Hauler texture provided by psionic3d.co.uk (save for the Ragnar decal), explosion using Clay's fire. Post work in PSP8 with a liberal dose of Axion lens flare. Thanks for lookin'.

Cool models, great textures on ships and the planet textures with clouds and atmosphere is excellent. I also really like the rocket exhaust effects. Vote

Awesome render, reminds me of Hitchhikers guide for some reason. You could check out Universe Image Creator to get some lens flairs on the ships, I think that would just make this render perfect. Check out Rochr's gallery to see how its done. Cheers from Australia.

Great models! I wonderful scene... I can't help but thinking that the big ships should have a crustier texture, it seems a bit too clean somehow... (perhaps just different bump-mapping?) I don't think you need any Universe flares, these are much better than what that proggy does, to me...!

You're using Bryce as a modeller, and while I know that is done, I believe that it is really supposed to be a landscape utility, like Vue. Modelling in it shows-off the level of skill you have with this software. Very cool image (and I do have the Viper remedy for that on my website :-D) and thanks for the psyonic3d resource.
