Description

What a long journey these last 3 weeks have been. Just wanted to do a quick render (still can't stay on the puter for long periods of time) to let you all know that I am doing well. I truly do not know where to begin to thank all of the wonderful members here for your prayers and well-wishes. You have no idea how much joy and encouragement your incredible artwork and thoughts brought to me while in the hospital. Your gifts were so cherished, and filled my days with light and hope. I am so very proud to be a member of this amazing community....and so very humbled to call you my friends. It's almost an impossibility to give individual thank-you's,but I'm going to give it a shot. Please forgive me if I leave anyone out. Uni....you've stood by me and held my hand through it all; I'm so lucky to have you in my life. You are wonderful. Kate and Meredith...you both define the meaning of friendship. What you did for me was amazing. Amazing and so wonderful to see you back here. I know what you have been through, but I have to say it...Your art is better than ever. I love this. The Elf is incredibly gorgeous. Laurie!!!! I'm so glad you are back and well! I had every bit of faith things would work out just fine and it's a prime example of how faith can play such a huge part in our lives!! Your words are so wonderful and I'm glad we could make you feel better and at least make you smile through this rough time! As fate would have it, now I am working in the mountains and will only be home on the weekends. But I really would like to get to know you better as your artwork sincerely inspires me to no end! This image is absoutely stunning and displays the level of your immense talent and artistic eye! I could stare at this all night, and probably will! lol! Everything is Top Notch Perfection in this outstanding piece of art and it's worth more than a mountain of gold to see this post from you, Laurie!!! All the people you mention are superb and caring friends whom I have had the pleasure of knowing since my induction here. Dear Laurie, You have come back with a bang - a BIG BANG!!! This is so incredible gorgeous!!! Love the pose and expression - and her eyes! Super cute - sexy outfit - and the cape is really cool!! Terrific job with the unicorn! And the hair work on the gal and on the unicorn's mane and tail is incredible. Love the set with the muted grass, ferns, and mushrooms. And the aura effects are really fantastic over the dark background. Very nice composition - frame filling both vertically and horizontally. This is an awesome image, that foliage (grass, ferns and stuff) I know what I meant, is really good. The horse... well the horse... incredible... beautifully compose scene with great lighting and a sadness rearly seen.... well done! I hopr you're ok and feeling better!!! (BIGGER VOTE)
